According to data taken from The Harley Medical Group covering the past five years, there has been a surge in corrective surgery catering to patients who have lost a dramatic amount of weight.

Various cosmetic procedures, such as tummy tucks, breast uplifts and male breast reduction have all seen growing popularity in the past five years as more and more previously obese people are losing massive volumes of weight. The number of tummy tucks paid for by the NHS in Lincolnshire has risen in 2007/2008, according to new statistics.
